Estes model rockets aren't just for science class anymore. Use model rocketry to teach social studies, language arts, math, science and technology! Estes Rocket Lab Lessons use a 3 Easy Steps! format that was designed just for model rockets: Step 1 - LEARN; Step w - BUILD; Step 3 - LAUNCH.

Estes Rocket Labs (ERL) cover all five subjects and are for Grades 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12. There are a total of 45 different lesson plans for one, two and three class sessions. Each lesson includes National Standards correlations, objectives, materials list, background information, activities, assessments, extensions and more. Lesson aides including PowerPoints, student handouts and a video are also on the DVD. ERL lessons are perfect for individual lessons or to use for cross-curricular learning, too!

Technical Specifications

Estes model rocketry is recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12. Unless otherwise specified, all models require assembly. Tools, construction and finishing supplies sold separately. In order to launch, a launch system, model rocket engines, igniters and recovery wadding are required - sold separately-unless otherwise specified.
