awesome rocket to build. took my time especially on the fins that looked really good when done. only problem was with some of the decals incorrectly printed. and from reading previous comments doesnt look like has been resolved even ten months later. ESTES NOTE: The decal issue was resolved after the initial order was received. The first decals will still work though as we tested them here. Although it appears you are putting them on backwards, they will still stick. Just be sure and apply clear coat when finished. (Posted on 5/19/12)

The QCC Explorer definitely has a very, very cool look! Take your time and don't forget to sand your balsa. Patience is key for this rocket. Once you have the fin pieces assembled it becomes even more enjoyable to paint it and decal it. However the best part is the flight, seeing all your hard work in flight time and time again with the QCC Explorer is superb! A tube marking guide is also very hand with this rocket.
