Well, for the name is exactly what it means. I am scout and I got this launch set to teach some of the other scouts and this was promising. It's easy to build and the launch heights are just high enough to where it is a big thrill. Definitely one of Estes greatest launch sets. (Posted on 4/3/12)

both rockets in this set are great. the rockets havent failed to impress my friends on lift-off and the launch pad and controller havent failed to launch mini engined rockets through to D engined rockets. (Posted on 12/17/11)

Bought this for my nephew at the hobby shop. Neither of us have ever flown a rocket so we were both pretty excited. We lost the Sky Dart because it went so high. The Farside still flies strong, and using the C rockets it flies very high. (Posted on 11/27/11)

My grandma got me this for christmas. 2 weeks ago i shot off the yellow one and it got a good distance and worked perfectly. I just shot off the blue one about 20 mins ago and i loved it cause my backyard is a good width but not really big. It went up like 100 feet and then tumbled down and i shot it 2 times because thats all the material i had left but i loved it. It was my first rocket and i loved it great starter kit

for my first ever model rocket, it was fun. but go out and buy model cement. i used krazy glue for farside and the engine lug got stuck 1/2 way in. if your a first time rocketer, i highly reccomend this launch set. (Posted on 1/23/11)
