My blast deflector does a great job on my launch pad. It deflects ALL of the flames! After several launches, mine has slight warping and marks but it still works perfectly. In a few years I'll probably replace it. I always clean it after a day at the launch field. I couldn't imagine flying without it and really don't plan on it!! (Posted on 7/1/12)
