I have been flying Estes rockets off and on for about 20 years. I saw these in my local shop and decided to give them a try and purchased the summit rocket at the same time. I have a wide old airport type area so room wasn't a problem and we were flying it along with other larger models. I would say it went about 100' to 150' . That altitude would be great for a large playground with no wind. I higly recommend this size for a first kit. (Posted on 11/6/11)

So you have the itch to fly but its windy or you have a REALLY small space? No problem! Put one of these in your mini engine rocket and you're ready to roll! I tried one of these engines in my Firehawk (yes, that kit gets a lot of use! Its a great "engine testing" rocket!) and for a 1/4A I really liked the flight! If you swapped the 'chute for a streamer you could probably fly this kit with this engine in a suburban backyard! For small kits in cramped spaces I recommend it. (Posted on 9/18/11)
